Hello, The system is is version 6.5 SP1. The customer added a new company in Bank Reconciliation, Setup screen. She then added a new bank account. When trying to add a new Bank rec for 10-2014, a message appears saying, this month does not exist, do you wish to add it? When I answer Yes, message "6909 another process has already added the accounts item. The program must be terminated." There is no "accounts" table in the database, so I don't know to what table this message refers. I checked the bank rec tables for presence of records, and compared this new company/account to existing 'good' companies/accounts. First, I noticed all other companies are in period 11-2014 in the Brsetup table, while this one is in 12-2014. Changing it to match the others made no difference in the message. Second, I found a record for period 11-2014 in Brheader for this new account. I backed up and then removed the record and that made no difference in the message. There were 0 records for this account in brbanktran, or brbattran. There are 14 records in brtran, for periods 10-2014 and 11-2014. They have period entered and period post of 10 & 11, but the Current period in brtran says 12-2014 on all records. What is causing this 6909? All suggestions appreciated as the version is quite old.
