AmrSaleh, Adding a SQL table to an existing SL screen through Customization Manager requires some code added to the Form1_Load event including a VBA_SetAddr call and a SqlCursorEx call. Also, the table you create must have a tstamp field. Finally, the new table must have a index 0 as a unique index. If you will provide the SQL statements that you used to create your table and the index and if you will provide the code you inserted in the Form1_Load event I will the happy to take a look at it.
