Forum Post: RE: SL 2015: Invoice and Memo screen crashes on Windows Server 2012 R2 (but not on 8.1)

I opened an incident with Microsoft and they discovered that libraries are missing from 2012 and 2012 R2 that are required for this screen. To install these libraries use their instructions below: At this time the issue appears to be that the Microsoft.reportview.winforms version 10.0 is missing. A customer’s process mon trace tends to confirm this. Also if we install this on a machine with the error, the error goes away. Download: www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx Install and try again.
