Hi Yes the Business Analyzer is completely free for Dynamics SL 2011 Before you can use Business Analyzer, you must do the following for your Microsoft Dynamics GP or Microsoft Dynamics SL environment:Prerequisites 1) Configure Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 2008 R2 or Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 2012 to use with your Microsoft Dynamics ERP product. 2) To use Business Analyzer outside of your organization’s network, you must configure Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 2008 R2 or Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 2012 to allow users to access reports over an extranet. 3) You must configure Reporting Services to use Basic authentication. 4) Deploy the reports to view with Business Analyzer to your report server or to your SharePoint document library.
