Chuck, Check out KB KB 905595. One case shows: Symptom Receiving 7011 error when printing GL batch control report. Cause There was a specific printer specified in the Crystal report. Resolution Checking the 'No Printer' check box in the Crystal report resolved the issue. 1) Open Crystal reports. 2) Browse out to the 01acctdi.rpt file in the Usr_Rpts folder of the SL directory. 3) Click on File - Printer Setup. Uncheck the 'No Printer' option. And another.. Added the Crystal Helper and ROI to the DEP setting Plus this... Symptom Crystal 526 error followed by 7011 errors when printing account distribution and batch control reports. Cause Potential Printer re-direction issue, and bad printer driver. Resolution To resolve the printer re-direction issue we selected the 'Use Windows Default Printer' and 'Save As Default' options in SL's Printer Options screen.
