Hi Jenni,

If your report is customized, try using the standard report.

Also, when using Quick Send, the report format you are using must be in a particular position in the Report Control Maintenance screen.  Quick Send uses the 40610 report which should be in position 1 in the Report Control Maintenance screen.  If you are using a customized report which is in position 2, that could explain why the report is blank.
